Ms. Lee is a recognized agribusiness and life science executive search expert who has provided executives to client organizations for over 30 years. She started her career in 1975 with Boyden Associates in New York. She then became an executive search consultant with Peat, Marwick in New York. While at Peat, Marwick, she also recruited consulting staff for the Management Consulting Division.

Ms. Lee spent several years in a corporate human resources position in an international consulting firm and was the Vice President of New York and Washington DC area executive search firms prior to founding Lee Heagy & Company. 

To better serve her clients she incorporated Lee Heagy & Company in 2000, receiving tremendous recognition and acclaim as a premier, talented executive search specialist. She has worked with a wide range of clients with the majority of her clients life sciences based, with a strong emphasis on biotechnology and agribusiness.

She has successfully recruited key people for human health and agricultural biotechnology companies and has worked in a variety of related industries, including agricultural chemicals, biopesticides, animal health, animal genetics, medical devices, nutraceuticals and the food industry. She has recruited senior level executives in all functional areas, in addition to placing many Chief Executive Officers. She has also placed many Association Executives. Her international experience includes assignments in Asia, Europe and Latin America, and she has even placed people in Papua New Guinea.

Her education includes an MBA in organizational behavior and development, an undergraduate degree in mathematics and specialized interviewing programs.
